If there is a mistake on our side, we will issue a partial refund for the incorrect / missing item. Due to Covid-19 supply chain issues, some groceries or supplies might be unavailable. We will try to fulfill your order to the best of our abilities. For groceries or supplies that are unavailable we will email / text you 48 hours before the delivery to suggest substitute groceries. Please make sure that you notify us to cancel the delivery at least 24 hours prior to the order if you do not want the substitute groceries.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 days after notifying us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. All the items in the kit need to be returned for the refund to be issued. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your refund request and the time to dispatch the driver to your shipping address (2 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We provide a free delivery service for orders over $35 in the areas where we operate. If your shipping address is outside the area where we operate, we will inform you during the checkout process.
